Our 2012 Men's and women's league.
Our men's and women's league hosted at Sweetwater High School attracted talent from local big name male and female athlete's, even international players. The league managed a total of 22 teams that season. 10 women's teams and 12 men's teams.

Our 2011 Men's league.
Our men's league continued to grow in participation from 4-6 teams to 10-12 within a year. During this league we had the pleasure of having the Navy Base San Diego team in the league, known as Outkast, led by Antoine Smith. A year later, Smith died in a motorcycle accident and the SD Heat family bonds are obvious and present at his service, Rest in Peace Antoine. Outkast still participates and represents for him to this day.
